Description

You will lead the design and development of next-generation discovery intelligence systems, including search, recommendation, and personalization platforms. You'll own system architecture, drive AI-first solutions, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-scale services for millions of users.

Requirements

• 15+ years of full-stack software architecture, design, and development experience
• Extensive experience in Search, Recommendation, or Information Retrieval
• Experience with LLM, RAG, and Gen-AI is a huge plus
• Experience designing complex, robust, highly scalable production services
• Strong communication and data-driven problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own system-level architecture and software design for features spanning multiple teams
• Develop an AI first ecosystem; make technology choices and conduct build-vs-buy analysis
• Build high-quality, scalable services leveraging machine learning and predictive analytics
• Design and operationalize data pipelines on AWS
• Mentor senior engineers and contribute to hiring and talent growth
