💼 About This Role

You'll repair and maintain heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts for EquipmentShare, a company transforming the construction industry. You'll use our T3 platform to diagnose issues and manage work orders, working smarter on the newest fleet. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to work on advanced diagnostic tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment and aerial lifts
• Use technology to create and track work orders and diagnostics
• Travel to customer job sites for on-site repair when needed
• Assist in training lower-level technicians

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment
• Own tools applicable to the position
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record, at least 21 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a drug screen

✨ Nice to Have

• High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred
