You'll sit at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Strategy, driving profitability analysis and pricing intelligence for a high-visibility role. You'll serve as a true business partner to senior leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that fuel growth and margin expansion. This role reports to the CFO and requires AI and BI proficiency to modernize planning and analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Own customer and product P&L development and analysis
• Build and maintain pricing models with cost and margin analysis
• Deliver monthly financial reporting with variance analysis

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience
• Proven experience building customer and product P&L models
• Hands-on proficiency in pricing analysis
• Industry background in manufacturing, e-commerce, or distribution

• Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth company
• Exposure to multi-channel business models
• SKU-level or channel-level margin analysis experience
