You will acquire and onboard high-potential local businesses in the fitness and wellness space, representing ClassPass as a trusted local expert. This field-based role involves building relationships through in-person visits, events, and virtual touchpoints.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience
• Full-cycle sales methodology expertise
• Strong B2B negotiation and time management skills
• Self-motivated and receptive to feedback
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new businesses in assigned territory
• Visit prospective merchants daily and attend local events
• Own full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and close
• Achieve monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets
• Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking in Salesforce
