You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact, promoting adoption of Compass technology and providing 1:1 support and training. You'll also serve as a mentor to junior team members and collaborate on national initiatives.

  • Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as day-to-day contact
  • Promote adoption of Compass technology via 1:1 support and training
  • Provide essential marketing support using templates
  • Partner with Onboarding team on new customer welcome strategy

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
  • Real estate experience (nice to have, not hard requirement)
  • Enterprise technology experience (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) (nice to have)

  • Previous experience in real estate
  • Experience with live or remote training
