You'll operate and maintain pellet mills to ensure optimal production of wood pellets. Your core impact is maintaining quality standards and troubleshooting equipment issues. This role supports Enviva's mission as the world's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze equipment performance and adjust tooling for throughput
• Perform inspections and document equipment condition
• Adjust machine components for speed, pressure, and temperature
• Monitor gauges and indicators to detect malfunctions

📋 Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude demonstrated through experience or training
• Proficient in mathematics and measurements
• Ability to read data and make process adjustments
• Proven safety record in a manufacturing environment

• Two years of manufacturing experience
