💼 About This Role

You'll provide T1/T2 Helpdesk support across macOS, Windows, and Linux at Neuralink's Fremont campus. You'll handle device imaging, user onboarding/offboarding, and troubleshoot connectivity issues while collaborating on infrastructure projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced biotech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact for T1/T2 Helpdesk support across macOS, Windows, Linux
• Assist with device imaging, configuration, and deployment using Jamf/Intune/Kandji
• Support user onboarding and offboarding in Google Workspace, Okta, or Microsoft Entra
• Troubleshoot L1/L2 connectivity issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, and VLAN problems
• Create and maintain Helpdesk documentation and knowledge base articles

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Foundational understanding of macOS, Windows, or Linux operating systems
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

• Prior Helpdesk or IT support experience
• Familiarity with Jamf, Intune, or Kandji MDM platform
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
