You'll own accounts receivable and billing operations for a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. Your core impact is ensuring accurate invoicing, efficient collections, and clean AR aging. This role offers the chance to implement a modern quote-to-cash platform and build scalable processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full invoice-to-cash cycle and collections
• Implement a quote-to-cash billing platform
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries

📋 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 2+ years of AR, billing, and collections experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)

• CPA or CPA candidate
• Experience with revenue system or billing platform implementation
• Experience with accounting systems
