Description

You will own all aspects of software engineering and product development for mission-critical applications at SpaceX. You'll work closely with engineers across the company to build solutions that enable rapid launch vehicle production, Starlink expansion, and support for crewed missions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or scientific discipline and 5+ years of professional software development experience (or 7+ years without degree)
• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development
• Programming experience in Python, C#.NET, Go, Scala, Java, or similar object-oriented language
• 1+ years of experience building single page web applications
• Experience with version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions used across SpaceX
• Create new applications that improve how SpaceX operates
• Build prototypes to prove out key design concepts and quantify technical constraints
• Deep dive into users’ problems to find and create efficient solutions
• Contribute to team collaborations on architecture, design, and code reviews
