Description
You will act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB customers, guiding them through their journey to accelerate time-to-value, proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, and serve as the link between customers and product engineering. You'll build account plans, lead executive business reviews, and contribute to internal projects to build the Customer Success program.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, TAM, Professional Services or similar customer-centric role for a technical product
- 4+ years managing customer health and revenue for a portfolio of Forbes Global 2000 customers
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to learn about MongoDB and databases
- Ability to act autonomously and make key decisions for customer outcomes
- Bilingual English and German
