💼 About This Role

You'll support the NATO Communications and Information Agency by provisioning and deploying workstations and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 issues. Your work ensures secure communications for NATO's critical operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare, configure, and deploy workstations using imaging tools
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
• Assist with password resets and MFA enrollment

📋 Requirements

• Windows 10/11 Professional/Enterprise support experience
• Active Directory and Group Policy familiarity
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• 2-4 years technical support or helpdesk experience

✨ Nice to Have

• NATO Secret security clearance
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID
• Certification in CompTIA A+ or equivalent
