🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee electrical installations including duct banks, switchgear, and UPS systems.
• Manage and schedule electrical contractors to meet project milestones.
• Monitor night-shift progress and maintain detailed as-built documentation.
• Enforce safety programs for a zero-incident culture on energized equipment.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing electrical construction teams on large-scale industrial projects.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with high-voltage systems and power distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.

• Degree in construction management or electrical engineering.
• Experience with data center or hyperscale facility electrical construction.
• Proficiency with Procore, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam.
