You'll own product enablement across pre-sales and post-sales at a fast-growing AI company. You'll architect how the GTM team learns and articulates product value, translating product strategy into field readiness and driving measurable customer impact.

- Define and execute product enablement strategy across GTM teams
- Create engaging training content and programs
- Partner with product on customer-facing documentation
- Deliver training sessions to sales, support, and customer success
- Track success metrics and present data-driven insights
๐ Requirements
- 8-10 years in product enablement or GTM enablement
- Proven track record of driving revenue and adoption metrics
- Expert in curriculum design grounded in adult learning
- Ability to translate complex technical products into field-ready training

- Experience enabling teams selling AI/ML or infrastructure
- Fluent in enablement tooling like Highspot, Seismic, or Guru
- Built an enablement function from scratch at an early-stage startup
