📋 Requirements

• Level 4 qualified (minimum) with advising track record
• Deep knowledge of UK financial planning frameworks and FCA standards
• Tech-friendly and excited about hybrid models (human + AI support)
• Collaborative, client-first mindset and motivated by impact
