You'll lead solution design for complex payment opportunities at dLocal, a global payments platform focused on emerging markets. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions while acting as the regional advocate for product and process improvements. This hybrid role in Madrid offers the chance to work with over 1,000 colleagues from 30+ nationalities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead solution design for complex payment opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Product, Operations, etc.)
• Act as regional advocate for Delivery Solutions feedback
• Oversee complex deal portfolio and resource allocation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in client delivery, project management, or operations
• Fluency in English (Spanish preferred)
• Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS industries

• Master's degree preferred
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools
• Experience with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, Jira)
