You'll grow patient referrals by building relationships with healthcare providers in your territory, focusing on primary care and specialist offices. You'll take ownership of territory growth and work closely with clinic staff to ensure seamless referrals. This role offers the autonomy to approach work creatively while driving measurable patient impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Spend 5 days per week meeting providers in the field.
• Prospect and identify new provider partners.
• Convert leads into referral partners.
• Foster relationships with clinic staff.
• Contribute to refining processes and best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow a territory independently.
• Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
