Description

You will work as a technical lead for designing and developing complex electrical hardware systems for EV charging applications, from prototype to mass production. You will drive system-level requirements, architecture decisions, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure top-down integration and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Experience in circuit design and PCB layout (digital, analog, power)
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills for hardware issues
• Hands-on use of lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Experience with EVSE applications preferred

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for electrical hardware systems design and development across full product lifecycle
• Drive system-level requirements and architecture decisions
• Create system diagrams and requirements for cross-functional teams
• Specify system behavior, fault sources, thresholds, and thermal algorithms
• Critically evaluate and approve design documents, schematics, and layouts
