Description

You will help train large language models to understand complex audio system design and troubleshooting by challenging them on topics like gain staging, PA tuning, and signal flow. Your expertise will directly improve AI reasoning in audio engineering applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Sound Engineering, Acoustical Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with live sound rigs, studio installations, broadcast setups, or touring productions
• Familiarity with Dante Controller, Smaart, QLab, and mixing consoles (Yamaha, Avid, Allen & Heath) is a plus
• Clear, structured communication skills
• Own secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on complex audio system design and troubleshooting scenarios
• Validate engineering accuracy of model responses
• Identify gaps in signal-chain logic and model reasoning
• Document failure modes to harden model performance
• Recommend improvements to prompt structures and evaluation methods
