๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead strategic planning and budget allocation for Tubi's Mid-Market and DR advertising business. Reporting to the SVP of B2B Marketing, you'll drive pipeline growth and revenue efficiency by optimizing channel mix and programs across the segment. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or Los Angeles.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own holistic marketing strategy and investment plan for Mid-Market and DR revenue goals
- Serve as primary marketing partner to Sales leadership, aligning on priorities and go-to-market
- Establish measurement frameworks connecting marketing investment to pipeline and revenue
- Build scalable processes, planning frameworks, and documentation for long-term growth
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven ability to connect marketing strategy to pipeline, revenue, and efficiency metrics
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent cross-functional leadership with experience partnering closely with Sales and Revenue teams

- Experience in advertising, media, or ad tech
- Understanding of Account Based Marketing and demand generation
