You'll provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You'll help them reach their full potential through personal care assistance and community integration activities. This role offers flexible scheduling and 24/7 support from a clinical manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on client's favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

📋 Requirements

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals
• High school diploma or equivalent
