You'll maintain and repair heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts at our rental facility in Minneapolis. Your work ensures fleet reliability and uptime, impacting customer satisfaction. You'll use proprietary T3 technology to diagnose issues faster and work smarter.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use tech to create and monitor work orders and track service intervals.
• Diagnose issues in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Maintain paperwork and documentation of work performed.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must own tools applicable to the position.
