You'll join Varicent's R&D Operations team to coordinate procurement, vendor management, and critical metrics tracking. You'll enable engineering teams to focus on delivery by handling the operational backbone, from cloud cost controls to weekly health reports. This role offers a chance to shape revenue optimization in a globally recognized SaaS leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and update source files for weekly metrics reporting
• Monitor R&D cloud spend and produce weekly health reports
• Coordinate procurement activities across legal, security, and R&D
• Manage escalations from Support, Sales, and Services via JIRA

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business analyst role
• Proficiency in JIRA for ticket tracking and project coordination
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Experience with vendor management and procurement processes

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, IBM, or Azure
• Experience with project management tools like Monday.com or Asana
• Working understanding of database querying concepts
