💼 About This Role

You'll drive and embed Airwallex's AML compliance program for the Singapore market, partnering with internal teams to design and monitor screening rules. You'll represent Airwallex with regulators and financial partners, filing Suspicious Matter Reports as needed. This role offers ownership of a global compliance framework at a high-growth fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the AML compliance framework in Singapore
• Manage FCC team targets and day-to-day BAU tasks including EDD and SARs
• Represent Airwallex with regulators and financial partners
• Design and execute compliance monitoring reports for senior management

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years financial crimes compliance experience at a MAS-licensed institution
• Ability to multitask and handle challenging priorities under deadlines
• Credible stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Written and verbal fluency in English

• Understanding of the payments industry
• Experience as Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)
