💼 About This Role

You'll own and optimize core People programs for a high-growth medtech company, ensuring scalable workflows and an exceptional employee experience. This role oversees recruiting operations, benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle support. You'll report to the Director, People and help shape a high-performing culture in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage ATS, agency partnerships, and interview coordination
• Process payroll for multi-state workforce with accuracy
• Administer 401(k) plans and support benefits programs
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and compliance with labor laws

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience
• Experience administering 401(k) plans
• Working knowledge of US employment laws
• Experience in high-growth or startup environment

• Experience in medical device or biotech
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Project management certification
