Description

As a Store Manager at Reformation, you will lead a team to achieve store sales goals and deliver an elevated customer experience focused on sustainability. You'll monitor performance, manage operations, and act as a brand ambassador to build client relationships and drive business results.

Requirements

• Available to work 40 hours/week with open availability across 7 days
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• High level of business acumen to understand drivers and opportunities
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
• Lead train the team in store

• Measure and monitor sales performance to improve business
• Own operational execution to achieve revenue targets and manage budget
• Drive elevated client experience as brand ambassador educating on sustainability
• Lead sales floor, coach team in the moment for continuous improvement
