You'll partner with Enterprise customers to maximize the business value of their Miro investment, acting as a fractional strategic advisor guiding workflow optimization and AI-powered adoption. You'll drive measurable outcomes through workflow optimization, proactive monitoring, and change management at scale.
π― What You'll Do
- Guide customers in designing workflows across the innovation lifecycle
- Monitor platform health and deliver insight-driven adoption recommendations
- Equip internal champions to scale adoption across departments
- Co-facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews showcasing ROI
π Requirements
- 5+ years in technical account management or customer success in enterprise SaaS
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT ecosystems
- Proven ability to lead workflow optimization and change management initiatives
- Expertise in platform analytics for data-driven decisions
