💼 About This Role

You'll be a key member of the FP&A team, providing financial reporting and analytical support for a fusion energy company. You'll develop dashboards and forecasts to drive decision-making across R&D, engineering, and business units.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards for financial insights
• Maintain and update budget and forecasting models
• Conduct financial analyses to guide cost management decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to improve reporting

📋 Requirements

• 4–6 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Experience with financial statements and budgeting
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and AI tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL or database query tools
• Experience with NetSuite or Fusion ERP
