You'll be at the heart of the Allocations team, using your problem-solving skills to match jobs with transport providers efficiently and profitably. You'll own the allocation process, build relationships with a network of transport partners, and ensure every job is covered on time. This role offers a fast-paced environment where your negotiation and logistics skills directly impact company success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively allocate jobs to transport providers by phone.
• Manage and monitor job routes to ensure schedules are met.
• Negotiate competitive rates with transport providers.
• Resolve last-minute cancellations by re-allocating jobs.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a commercial contact center or transport coordination role.
• Commercial approach and ability to negotiate with transport providers.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Self-motivated and resilient under pressure.

• Knowledge of the UK/EU market.
• Live control or logistics background.
