Description

As a Summer Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the link between clients and expert knowledge, working on live projects for leading investment funds, strategy consultancies, and Fortune 500 companies. You will recruit experts, understand project context, and manage client-expert communications under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Penultimate year student (Class of 2028)
• Track record of strong academic performance (equivalent to GPA 3.4 or higher on 4.0 scale)
• Extracurricular achievement throughout school and university
• Internship experience evidencing interest in business is a plus
• Outstanding communication skills
• Native-level fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
• Work authorization in Japan (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Recruiting experts via phone calls
• Understanding project and market context, legal and regulatory environment
• Taking ownership of projects from initiation to managing client-expert communications and scheduling calls
