💼 About This Role

You'll join Ernest's Denver Division as a field service technician supporting packaging and warehouse equipment. You'll install, maintain, and repair machinery at client sites within a 100-mile radius of Reno. This role offers hands-on technical work and the chance to build long-term client relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and start up new packaging equipment at client sites.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical issues.
• Train clients on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain customer service records and manage spare parts inventory.

📋 Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
• Experience gained through U.S. military or equivalent training.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
