You will develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy for Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder program, build relationships with SUD referral partners through in-field outreach, and collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve access to care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-accountability environment and wants to scale a new program from the ground up.

• Develop and execute territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate to improve access to care
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine strategies

📋 Requirements

• Based in Jacksonville, FL area
• Willingness to travel extensively around Jacksonville, FL
• 4+ years of sales or business development experience
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
• Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem preferred
