💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial reporting and GL management for Meesho's IPO journey, ensuring accurate statutory reporting and audit readiness. You'll implement accounting treatments for new business initiatives and complex transactions. Mentor junior team members while driving process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare timely financial statements under Ind AS and Indian GAAP
• Evaluate accounting treatment for new business initiatives
• Coordinate with Big 4 auditors for quarterly and annual audits
• Drive month-end and year-end close processes

📋 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with up to 1 year post-qualification experience in listed organization
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards and reporting
• Experience with ERP systems
• Stakeholder management skills
