💼 About This Role

You'll lead total compensation programs for a fast-growing Quebec company with global reach, ensuring competitiveness through market analysis and equity initiatives. You'll manage compensation projects in an international context, including acquisitions, and have your recommendations shape corporate strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Monitor market salary practices and conditions to ensure competitiveness
  • Develop and deploy global compensation projects (policies, structures, tools)
  • Conduct provincial pay equity activities and maintain compliance
  • Manage compensation activities for acquisitions and international expansion

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a similar compensation role
  • Experience developing international compensation programs (especially US)
  • Practical experience with pay equity programs and excellent knowledge in the field

✨ Nice to Have

  • CRHA certification (Chartered Professional in Human Resources)
  • Graduate degree (Master's) in a related field
  • Experience with due diligence processes in M&A context
