You'll drive adoption and value realization for enterprise clients using Posit's data science solutions, focusing on on-premise deployments. You'll act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders and proactively identifying opportunities for expansion. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize product utilization
• Build trusted relationships with end users and executive stakeholders
• Collaborate with Account Management on long-term account strategies
• Surface customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Support teams

📋 Requirements

• Customer Success experience in enterprise SaaS or on-premise solutions
• Proven track record of guiding enterprise customers through complex deployments
• Strong business acumen and understanding of data science workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Posit's product suite (Workbench, Connect, Package Manager)
• Knowledge of R and Python for data science
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
