💼 About This Role

You'll drive product adoption by delivering world-class training to customers, both in-person and virtually. You'll create custom training programs and establish yourself as a subject matter expert on Entrata's AI-driven property management platform. This role requires 50% travel and the ability to engage audiences at large conferences.

• Define and implement custom training programs for customers
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions
• Become a subject matter expert on all Entrata products
• Create and deliver training for annual conferences

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of software or sales training experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically
