You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via email and live chat. You'll ensure a positive brand experience by resolving issues and supporting a growing e-commerce team. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat (Tidio) and email.
- Provide accurate information about products, policies, and services.
- Troubleshoot orders using Shopify, Click Ship, and Loop.
- Collaborate with internal team to escalate issues and improve processes.
📋 Requirements
- Experience in a customer service role within DTC or e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills and ability to resolve customer issues.
- Familiarity with live chat platforms and customer service software.
- Experience with e-commerce tools like Shopify, Click Ship, and Loop.
