You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via email and live chat. You'll ensure a positive brand experience by resolving issues and supporting a growing e-commerce team. This role is fully remote, offering the chance to work with a PETA-approved vegan brand that prioritizes sustainability.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat (Tidio) and email.
  • Provide accurate information about products, policies, and services.
  • Troubleshoot orders using Shopify, Click Ship, and Loop.
  • Collaborate with internal team to escalate issues and improve processes.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service role within DTC or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to resolve customer issues.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms and customer service software.
  • Experience with e-commerce tools like Shopify, Click Ship, and Loop.
