You'll serve as an embedded talent partner to growth-stage, PE- and VC-backed organizations, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts while strengthening hiring processes and talent infrastructure. This fractional contract role offers flexibility and impact across multiple clients.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Implement scalable hiring practices including structured interviews and scorecards
- Provide market insight, talent mapping, and compensation guidance
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously in fast-paced environments
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience including 5+ years in recruiting or talent partnership
- Experience partnering with executive leadership in growth-stage organizations
- Proven ability to build or improve hiring processes and talent operations
- Experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruiting technologies

- Experience supporting SaaS and technology organizations
