You'll serve as an embedded talent partner to growth-stage, PE- and VC-backed organizations, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts while strengthening hiring processes and talent infrastructure. This fractional contract role offers flexibility and impact across multiple clients.

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Implement scalable hiring practices including structured interviews and scorecards
  • Provide market insight, talent mapping, and compensation guidance
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously in fast-paced environments

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience including 5+ years in recruiting or talent partnership
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership in growth-stage organizations
  • Proven ability to build or improve hiring processes and talent operations
  • Experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruiting technologies
