Description

You will perform building performance analysis and produce graphical representations to communicate results with multi-disciplinary teams. Your work will support design decisions on energy consumption, daylighting, thermal comfort, and renewable energy, while contributing to research and improving firm-wide performance modeling workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in related field
• Minimum 6 years related experience
• Experience with EnergyPlus/OpenStudio required
• LEED, CPHC/D, or BEMP certification strongly desired
• Familiarity with ASHRAE 90.1, 62.1, LEED, Title 24, IECC

Responsibilities

• Perform building performance analysis and produce graphical results
• Develop detailed energy and daylighting analyses to complement early design simulations
• Manage documentation for LEED energy credits and energy code compliance
• Research performance modeling methodologies and software
• Serve as subject matter expert to internal and external clients
