Description

You will lead a distributed full-stack engineering team for Stripe's Connect product, shaping strategy and delivering the primary dashboard experience. Your work involves analytics, platform onboarding, and connected account management to drive platform satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience managing teams of 5+ engineers building products at scale
• 8+ years of full-time software development experience
• Experience building extensible, leveraged software solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity
• Technical proficiency to engage on architecture and product design

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and design processes, coaching and mentoring the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, design, infrastructure, marketing, and operations
• Own problems end-to-end, managing diverse systems and optimizing efficiency and user experience
