You'll coordinate rehabilitation therapy programs for seniors in WelbeHealth's PACE program, overseeing therapy staff and ensuring compliance. You'll directly impact participant care by leading an interdisciplinary team and driving strategic initiatives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide analytical leadership in day-to-day therapy program management
• Ensure team assists participants with appointment preparation
• Oversee treatment programs delegated by supervising therapists
• Communicate strategic staffing needs to Center Director

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical/Occupational Therapy
• 5 years of rehabilitation experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days
