Description

You will drive the delivery of ambitious digital innovations, managing complex, end-to-end productions such as immersive web experiences, AI-driven workflows, real-time game development, and AR/VR solutions. You'll quote, budget, and oversee execution of interactive campaigns from concept to completion, acting as the central hub between international teams and clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of high-level digital production experience at a digital production company or agency
• Proven experience producing interactive campaigns using WebGL, Three.js, Unity, or Unreal Engine
• Experience with web-based AR (e.g., 8th Wall, Niantic) and understanding of 2D/3D asset pipelines
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools applied to production workflows
• Mastery of project management software (Jira experience is a must)

Responsibilities

• Manage full production lifecycle of digital campaigns from small activations to large-scale interactive websites and immersive experiences
• Own project financials: accurately quote, budget, and establish realistic costs and timings
• Act as central communication hub between international offices, creative teams, and technical developers
• Use Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet to plan resources, track progress, and mitigate risks in real-time
• Oversee technical pipelines for web/app projects including WebGL, AR/VR, and emerging AI integrations
