You'll lead the product vision for Marqeta's next generation issuance processing platform, focusing on platform modernization, scalability, and customer onboarding. You will bridge strategy and operational excellence to shape how $300B+ in annual TPV flows through our systems. This role offers the opportunity to influence a dynamic payments landscape.

• Shape strategic direction of core platform and production support.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management leadership in payments, fintech, or SaaS platforms
• Proven track record of setting vision and strategy for a portfolio of products
• High EQ and leadership skills with passion for coaching diverse teams
• Deep understanding of payment industry ecosystem: card brand regulations, ISO 8583, EMV, digital wallets
