You'll support branches and bank staff by performing day-to-day operational tasks in payment areas like Wires, ACH, and Check Services. Your work ensures key processing deadlines are met and client data remains confidential. You'll have the chance to contribute to process improvements and special projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide support and customer service for multiple payment operational areas.
• Complete tasks accurately and timely with segregation of duties.
• Monitor automated processes and escalate potential issues.
• Assist with special projects like system conversions and acquisitions.

📋 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• 0-2 years of clerical, bank, or client service experience with retail banking or operations.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution techniques.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations relative to deposit accounts and bank operations.
