You'll manage airline distribution partnerships in the LATAM region, driving revenue growth and long-term collaboration. You'll execute commercial initiatives and support partner needs in a high-growth travel fintech environment. This role offers immediate impact with a pre-IPO equity package.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of airline accounts and drive growth strategies
- Track partner performance and identify risks and opportunities
- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and insertion orders with airline partners
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline)
- Familiarity with LATAM travel ecosystem commercial and regulatory dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese
