Description

You will develop our hyperscaler platform by contributing to the KVM hypervisor and QEMU device emulator. Your work involves optimizing I/O for emulated devices, integrating with platform services, and advancing open source virtualization.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience
• Fluent in C programming language
• 3+ years experience with Linux
• 3+ years engineering experience with QEMU/KVM
• Understanding of x86 virtual memory, interrupts, privilege rings

Responsibilities

• Optimize I/O for emulated disk and network devices
• Integrate hypervisor with platform services and storage
• Efficiently distribute resources between VMs
• Improve guest system support
• Provide low-level security for hypervisor and emulator, bug fixes, and upstream collaboration
