Description

You will lead the DevSecOps strategy for a mission-critical collaboration platform, designing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and integrating security tools to support global defense operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps or related disciplines
• Strong expertise with Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation tools
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the DevSecOps strategy for a modern, mission-critical collaboration platform
• Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for scalable deployments
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery with high security
• Integrate security tools and automation to ensure RMF and DoD compliance
• Partner with software engineering teams to embed security and automation throughout the lifecycle
