Description

You will own Starlink consumer hardware from concept through high-volume production, developing design criteria and optimizing production lines. Collaborate across teams to drive system-level improvements and ensure reliable hardware for millions of users globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years of mechanical/electromechanical design, analysis, testing, or manufacturing experience (internship counts)
• Graduating in fall 2025, spring 2026, or summer 2026

Responsibilities

• Own hardware from conceptual design through high-volume production
• Develop design criteria and drive system-level optimization
• Design and develop production lines including robot end effectors and automation
• Refine processes for high rate, yield, and reliability
• Troubleshoot mechanical system problems and coordinate maintenance
