You'll act as a strategic advisor for Asana's largest customers, driving AI-first adoption and measurable business outcomes. You'll orchestrate executive relationships and lead success planning for human+AI coordination at scale. This hybrid role is based in Chicago.

  • Drive AI-first adoption and value realization for top accounts
  • Orchestrate executive relationships with C-Suite stakeholders
  • Architect AI adoption roadmaps and strategic success plans
  • Enable lifecycle execution through change management and business reviews

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years professional experience with 6+ years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven track record managing Fortune 500 enterprise accounts
  • Experience driving retention and expansion within SaaS
  • Ability to translate complex AI and workflow capabilities into business value
