You'll act as a strategic advisor for Asana's largest customers, driving AI-first adoption and measurable business outcomes. You'll orchestrate executive relationships and lead success planning for human+AI coordination at scale. This hybrid role is based in Chicago.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive AI-first adoption and value realization for top accounts
- Orchestrate executive relationships with C-Suite stakeholders
- Architect AI adoption roadmaps and strategic success plans
- Enable lifecycle execution through change management and business reviews
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years professional experience with 6+ years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
- Proven track record managing Fortune 500 enterprise accounts
- Experience driving retention and expansion within SaaS
- Ability to translate complex AI and workflow capabilities into business value
