💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end projects across Cambium's platform, writing maintainable code and shaping architectural decisions. You'll build with AI coding agents as a core part of how you work. Collaborate closely with the VP of Engineering and Product to bring solutions from concept to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design, development, and deployment of major features across the platform
• Build with AI coding agents like Claude Code as a core part of your workflow
• Write clean, maintainable, performant code with emphasis on security and reliability
• Help define architecture and technical roadmap alongside Staff Engineer and leadership
• Mentor teammates through code reviews, design reviews, and postmortems

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong backend engineering experience designing secure, production-ready systems
• Hands-on experience shipping production code with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)
• Frontend experience with React and modern TypeScript
