💼 About This Role

You'll maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance at Carvana's market hubs. You'll coordinate with team members to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. This role offers rapid pay progression through a performance-based program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable
